Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to services offered by Zeeshan Salam through izeeshansalam.com. A project may also have a written proposal, invoice, message thread or agreed scope. Where project specific terms are agreed in writing, those terms apply to that project.

Services and scope

I provide web development and related digital services, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Dokan, custom PHP, front end development, integrations, maintenance and technical support. The exact deliverables, price and timeline are agreed before paid work begins.

Payments

Payment terms are shown in the applicable proposal, invoice or payment request. A project may require full payment, a deposit, milestone payments, or recurring payments depending on the agreed service. Third party payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, access credentials, approvals and other materials reasonably needed to complete the work. Delays in receiving required information may affect delivery dates.

Changes to scope

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost. I will communicate material scope changes before carrying out separately chargeable work.

Third party services

Projects may depend on hosting providers, domains, plugins, themes, APIs, payment processors or other third party services. Their fees, availability, policies and service changes are outside my direct control unless specifically included in the agreed scope.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for the client transfers after the applicable project balance is paid. Third party software, open source components, licensed assets and pre existing tools remain subject to their own licences and ownership terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website, its payment facilities or my services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access or infringement of third party rights.

Support and warranties

Any included support period or maintenance service will be stated in the project agreement. I will address issues that fall within the agreed scope, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third party platforms or services.
